RELEASE AND WAIVER
For a good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, I, Stephen L.
Olsen, Non Borrowing Spouse name do hereby forever release and waive all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead exemption laws of the state of Wyoming in regard to:

DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

POINT;

CAP INSCRIBED "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 11810 WITH APPROPRIATE
DETAILS;
ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THAT PLAT FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK. OF
LINCOLN COUNTY TITLED "PLAT OF TRACT FOR SOUTHWICK FAMILY TRUST, DATED 1
NOVEMBER 2005 WITHIN THE SW1/4SW1/4 SECTION 23 T33N, R119W LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING FILED MARCH 5, 2014, AS LNSTRUMENT NO. 975530.
Together with all improvements thereon.
I realize that my I usband LaVada J. Olsen has applied to Zions Bank for a loan in connection with the
mortgaging of the said-property presently owned by Brandon R. Southwick, a single man and LaVada J.
Olsen, a married woman as her sole and separate property and acknowledged that the said Zions Bank
has relied upon this Release /f an and Waiver in making the said loan.
