This deed is made by the undersigned Sheriff of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to
Bank of America, N.A.
RECITALS
1. On June 25, 2008, Randy A. Weifenbach executed a Mortgage in favor Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. "MERS as nominee for Lender, Premium Capital
Funding, LLC d/b /a Topdot Mortgage, on the below described property to secure payment of a
certain Promissory Note of even date therewith. The Mortgage was duly recorded in the records
of the Office of County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming, on July 28, 2008 as Rec. No. 940845, Book 700, Page 881 -891. The mortgage was
then assigned to Bank of America, N.A., as mortgagee, by instrument as recorded on March 9,
2010 as Rec. No. 952440, Book 743, Page 515 in the public records in the office of the County
Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
2. By reason of default of the Mortgagor, Randy A. Weifenbach, in the payment of
principal and interest on the Promissory Note as secured by the aforesaid Mortgage, Notice of Sale
of the Real Property herein described was duly published as required by law.
3. Pursuant to said Notice of Sale, the undersigned Sheriff of Lincoln County after
due notice of the time and place of the sale by Bank of America, N.A., sold the premises on the
22nd day of April, 2014 at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse, Kemmerer, Wyoming,
to Bank of America, N.A., for the sum of Ninety Thousand, Four Hundred Eighty and 00 /100
dollars ($90,480.00).
4. After said sale, the undersigned Sheriff executed and delivered to the Servicer, a
Certificate of Sale dated April 22, 2014 which was duly recorded on April 22, 2014 as Rec. No.
976250, Book 830, Page 818.
5. The time for redemption of the premises has expired because a period of not less
than three months and thirty days has elapsed from the date of said sale and there has been no
redemption by any of the Mortgagors or any other person, and the said Buyer is the holder and
owner of the Certificate of Sale, and is now entitled to a deed on said premises for Bank of
America, N.A.
Now therefore, know all men by this Deed, that I, Sheriff Deputy Sheriff of the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the preceding recitals and of the purchase money
have granted and sold and do hereby convey to the Bank of America, N.A., with delegated
authority under the transaction documents for Bank of America, N.A., its successors, heirs and
assigns, the following described lands, located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:

Lot 201 of Nordic Ranches Division No. 13, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat recorded October 3, 2002 as Document Number
884517 and Map Number 189 -A in the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln County,
Wyoming;
with an address of 111 Spur Loop, Etna, Wyoming 83118.
Grantee to have and to hold the described premises with all of the appurtenances and
improvements thereto as well as its successors, heirs, and assigns forever.
