TARA HADERLIE, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, P.O. Box 353, Afton,
Wyoming 83110, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
CONVEY AND WARRANT to FARREN E. HADERLIE and TARA HADERLIE,
TRUSTEES of the Farren E. Tara Haderlie Family Trust dated December 8, 2014, c/o P.O.
Box 353, Afton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTEES, and their successors and assigns, the following
described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED in the Warranty Deed that was
recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on October 20, 2003,
in Book 539 at Page 070, as Instrument No. 894579, a copy of which is attached
hereto.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon or
thereunto belonging.
SUBJECT TO taxes, assessments, declarations of covenants, conditions,
and restrictions, reservations, rights -of -way, and easements of sight and/or of
record.
