BONNIE R. LARSON, as Successor Trustee of the DONALD G. LARSON REVOCABLE
TRUST dated March 4, 2003; BONNIE R. LARSON, as Trustee of the BONNIE R. LARSON
REVOCABLE TRUST dated March 4, 2003; and BRYAN D. CARMICHAEL and LOU ANN
CARMICHAEL, husband and wife, Grantors, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM to EHB RANCH, LLC, a Wyoming limited
liability company, Grantee, whose address is 10755 Hwy. 232, Cokeville, Wyoming 83114, all of
Grantors' right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
