Sanderson, District Court Judge on the application of Petition and Affidavit for Distribution of Estate or Decree Establishing Right and Title to Real and Personal Property, as heretofore filed by the Petitioners, and the Court, having reviewed the file of record and being duly advised in the premises, finds as follows: 1. That the aforesaid petition and affidavit or application dated the 19 day of November, 2014, filed with this Court on the 19 day of December, 2014 in accord with §2 -1 -205 W. S. (1997) applied to this Court for an order authorizing a summary procedure for distribution of certain real and personal property described in full hereafter, is sufficient, complete and in accordance with law. 2. That due and proper notice of this hearing has been given; and that there is on file in the record herein, an Affidavit of Publication showing compliance with §2- 1- 205(c) (Lexis 2001). 3. That the above named Decedent died on the 21s day of June, 2014, in Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming. 4. That the Decedent died testate leaving surviving his dear friends: Name David D. King John W. Parcels 94, 99, 101, 170, 174 and 176 of the Town of Diamondville, County of Lincoln, Wyoming, as said Parcels are shown upon the Plat thereof dated August 31, 1942 now on file and of record in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming. That no application for the appointment of a personal representative for the Decedent's estate is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction. 8. That the value of the entire estate of said Decedent, wherever located does not exceed two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000). 9. That more than thirty (30) days have elapsed since the date of death of the Decedent. 10. That pursuant to the Petition and Affidavit for Distribution of Estate, the share of the right, title and interest of Decedent to said real and personal property vested upon his death in said dear friends in the following manner a. John W. King the Canoso Garage (Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of Block 5 or parts of Parcels 179, 176 and 94 located within §24, T21N, R116W). b. David D. King the Red Barn (Parcel 101 or Lot 10 of Block 7 located within §24, T21N, R116W) and all contents therein; the Blacksmith Shop /Ice House (Parcels 170 and 171 also referred to as Lots 15, 18, 19, and 20 of Block 4 located within §24, T21N, R116W) and all contents; the house (Parcel 174 or Lots 16 and 17 of Block 4 located within §24, T21N, R116W) and all contents; all contents of the Canoso Garage; remainder of cemetery plots (Plots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 in Lot 509 of the Diamondville Cemetery), and all other possessions, money, and investments. 11. That no objections, written or oral, have been filed with the Court by any party whomsoever, as to the above captioned matter. Based upon the aforesaid, the Court makes the following: CONCLUSIONS OF LAW 1. That the Court has full and complete jurisdiction over the subject matter and all interes` nd Parties in this cause. 2. That the file of record herein is complete and meets all the requirements of §2 -1 -205 (1997) for relief prayed for in the application. Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of Block 5 in the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming (Partial description copied from deed recorded September 14, 1945 in Book 33 of Deeds at Page 211). 2. That David D. King is the present owner of the Red Barn (Parcel 101 or Lot 10 of Block 7 located within §24, T21N, R116W) and all contents therein; the Blacksmith Shop /Ice House (Parcels 170 and 171 also referred to as Lots 15, 18, 19, and 20 of Block 4 located within §24, T21N, R116W) and all contents; the house (Parcel 174 or Lots 16 and 17 of Block 4 located within §24, T21N, R116W) and all contents; and all remaining real property of the Decedent whether described herein or discovered hereafter. That real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming is described below: Lots Sixteen (16) and Seventeen (17) in Block Four (4) in the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, according to the map or plat of the said Town of Diamondville, now on file and of record in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, together with all buildings and improvements thereon. AND Parcel 171 of the Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as shown upon the Plat thereof dated August 31, 1942, containing 1360 square feet, more or less. King is the present owner of the below described personal property, thereby vesting in said David D.
