IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the claim of the City of Kemmerer against the Estate for the sum of $21,949.33 that has been allowed, upon conveyance of the Court Officer's Deed to the City of Kemmerer, will be satisfied in full as payment pro tanto is hereby made and no further payment or consideration from the City of Kemmerer shall be required in exchange for said real property and building.
