ORDER APPROVING AND ACCEPTING BID FOR REAL PROPERTY AND
AUTHORIZING PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE TO CONVEY
PROPERTY TO BIDDER
CONSIDERING the motion filed in this matter on the 18 day of November, 2014 and this
matter coming for hearing in Chambers and the Court being fully advised in the premises;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Court approves and accepts the bid by the City of
Kemmerer in the sum of $21,949.33 for the building and property located at 821 South Main,
Kennnerer, Wyoming that is more specifically described as Lot 12, Block 11 of the Original
Townsite of the Town of Kemmerer, together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon and
further authorizes the Personal Representative to execute and deliver a Court Officer's Deed to the
City of Kennnerer, the high bidder at the public auction held on November 17, 2014.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the claim of the City of Kemmerer against the Estate for
the sum of $21,949.33 that has been allowed, upon conveyance of the Court Officer's Deed to the
City of Kemmerer, will be satisfied in full as payment pro tanto is hereby made and no further
payment or consideration from the City of Kemmerer shall be required in exchange for said real
property and building.
