CORRECTION
MINERAL DEED
This Deed corrects the legal descriptions contained in that
certain Mineral Deed dated February 26, 2009, and
recorded in the records of Sublette County, Wyoming, as
Instrument No. 341431, Book 3, Page 317, on March 2,
2009.
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Corby E. McGinnis, not
individually, but as personal representative of the ESTATE OF MYLES M. MCGINNIS,
deceased, as to his sole and separate property as to income, principal and appreciation, the
"Grantor," for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) lawful money of
the United States of America and other good and valuable consideration, to the Grantor in
hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell,
convey, transfer, sign and deliver, without warranty, unto Corby E. McGinnis, not
individually, but as trustee of THE MYLES M. MCGINNIS AND CORBY E.
MCGINNIS FAMILY TRUST, whose address is 1659 Diamond H Road, Kemmerer,
Wyoming 83101, the "Grantee," all of said Grantor's mineral interest as identified below
as to each parcel in and to all minerals and all mineral rights of every kind and character
known to exist or hereafter discovered, including, without limiting the generality of the
foregoing, coal, oil, and gas, and rights thereto, in, under or upon the following described
real property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all right
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of said State, to -wit:
