Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good and Valuable
Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT TO:
Jed S. Wayment and Jennilyn S. Wayment
husband and wife as tenants by the entireties
Grantees, whose mailing address is PO Box 244, Henefer, UT 84033, the following described
real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State to -wit:
See attached description for Lynn A. Dimond for 15 Acre Tract of Smith's Fork Ranch
together with all buildings, improvements, appurtenances, mineral rights and water rights
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
This land is being conveyed as an agricultural exemption to the subdivision regulations of
the State of Wyoming and the County of Lincoln and the following restrictions apply which
cannot be changed without the approval of the County of Lincoln through the regular

thence westerly, 1004.21 feet, along said center -line, along a curve to the right through a central
