The foregoing Quitclaim Deed was acknowledged before me by Tex C. Jasperson, this 14' day of
December, 2014. On said date, Tex C. Jasperson personally appeared before me and, after having
been first duly sworn upon his oath, acknowledged that he is a co- Trustee of the Tex C. Jasperson
Living Trust, and as such has the authority together with Jeraldine J. Jasperson, his co- Trustee to
sign documents on behalf of said trust; that the foregoing Quitclaim Deed was signed by him on
behalf of said trust;,•and that he executed the foregoing Quitclaim Deed on behalf of said trust. Said
co- Trustee further acknowledged the instrument to be the free act and deed of the trust.
