THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF COVENANTS,
CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS FOR THE RESERVE AT ALPINE AIRPARK is

The Reserve at Alpine Airpark (the "Subdivision acting pursuant to Paragraph 7.5 of
the DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS FOR
THE RESERVE AT ALPINE AIRPARK which was recorded in the land records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming on October 5, 2011 in Book 773 at Page 764 as Receiving No.
961265 (the "Declaration for the real property identified below:
a. all of the land within Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1 Plat 2
Amended 15th Filing, as laid out and shown in that plat (the "Plat that was
filed in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on December 21, 2010 as
Receiving No. 957252, excepting therefrom Lot 109;
b. all of the land within Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1 Plat 2
Amended 16th Filing, as laid out and shown in that plat (the "Plat that was
filed in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on February 7, 2011 as
Receiving No. 957960;
c. all of the land within Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1 Plat 2
Amended 20th Filing, as laid out and shown in that plat (the "Plat that was
filed in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on September 13, 2011 as
Receiving No. 960966;
d. all of the land within Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1 Plat 2
Amended 21st Filing, as laid out and shown in that plat (the "Plat that was
filed in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on July 20, 2012 as
Receiving No. 965662;
e. all of the land within Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1 Plat 2
Amended 22nd Filing, as laid out and shown in that plat (the "Plat that was

Amended 26th Filing, as laid out and shown in that plat (the "Plat that was
filed in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on August 14, 2013 as
Receiving No. 972630; and
g. all of the land within Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1 Plat 2
Amended 29th Filing, as laid out and shown in that plat (the "Plat that was
filed in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on July 18, 2014 as
Receiving No. 977576.
1. AMENDMENT. The Owners, for themselves and their heirs or
successors and assigns make the following amendment to the Declaration:
h. MINIMUM SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR HOMES.
Every primary residential dwelling shall have a minimum of 1200 square
feet of total above grade finished living area (excluding the garage), and
1200 square feet on the ground floor (the floor just above finished grade).
No basement area (having its floor and walls primarily below finished
grade) will be considered a part of the finished floor area requirements.
For purposes of this Declaration, "finished grade" shall be determined by
calculating the average finished grade next to each side of the structure,
and using the highest such average as the "finished grade".
2. DEFINED TERMS. The defined terms herein shall be given the
meaning as prescribed in the Declaration.
3. RATIFICATION OF DECLARATION. The remaining terms and
conditions of the Declaration shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS OF ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the undersigned Owners
have caused this FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF COVENANTS,
CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS FOR THE RESERVE AT ALPINE AIRPARK to
be executed.
