139.13 feet; thence N36 °25'05 "W, 66.00et to a point in the North line of said
NE%SE thence N89 °56'48 "E, 371.04 feet, to the Point of Beginning,
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements
and rights -of -way of record.
