WYOMING. CONTAINING 311.40 ACRES MORE OR LESS. LOT THREE (3) SECTION 6, T 27 N, RANGE 119 W, AND W1/2SE1/4, E1/2SW1/4, NW' /4SW1/4 AND S'YNW' /4 SECTION 31, T 28 N, RANGE 119 W, 6 P.M. WYOMING. CONTAINING 320.05 ACRES MORE OR LESS. SUBJECT TO ALL RESTRICTION, RESERVATIONS, COVENANTS, TOWN ORDINANCES, AND EASEMENTS, AND RIGHT OF WAYS, OF RECORD OR VISION. Pursuant to the foreclosure a duly executed, and acknowledged Sheriff's Certificate of Sale was recorded on December 17, 2013, as Lincoln County Recorder's Instrument No. 974598. Pursuant to Wyoming Code 1 -18 -106, I hereby provide this Certificate of Redemption to the Mortgagor BRYCE K. BOEHME, a single person. This Certificate of Redemption is evidence of the actual redemption by said Mortgagor by his having paid all sums due and owing to Mortgagees, including interest, pursuant to applicable Wyoming law, in the total sum of $284,750.61, which redemption payment was made by Mortgagor's wire transfer on December 17, 2014.
