COMES NOW, Kevin M. Paul whose address is 1050 Yeoman Lane, Fallon, Nevada
89406, who, being duly sworn on oath according'to law, does hereby make i~he following
statements of facts and affirm:
1. That he is part owner of the land described under the Certificate of ~urveyor on the
plat titled, "SUNSET SUBDIVISION WITHIN THE SE¼NE¼ E½SE'A SECTION
35 T32'N Rl l9W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING", dated 12 February 2001 as
revised. '
2. : That he has reviewed said plat.
3. That he has read and Understands the provisions of the Certificate df Owners thereon
and the implications thereof.
4. That this affidavit is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original
mylar of said subdivision had been signed.
