Bower, Sr. and Patricla D. Bower, Trustees County of Pinellas, State of Florida, the GRANTEE, whose address is' 3369 Pattie Place Palm Harbor, FL 34685 WITNESSETH: That the GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.OO) in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said GRANTEE, all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situate in the County of Uncoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: LOT 2008 of STAR VALLEY RANCH RV PARK PLAT ONE SECOND FILING as platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
