mortgage bearing date_ 16th day of August 19 86 made and executed

AS MORTGAGORS
to LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation, as MORTGAGEE conveying certain real
estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $. 12,350.00 Dollars therein
stated, which mortgage was recorded on the 27th day of September _, 1990, in Book
290 PR Page 122 _Number 723697 _of the OfficialRecords of Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
Lot 62 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 22
with the NoTe secured thereby on the aforementioned date, are fully paid, satisfied, released
and discharged. That in consideration thereof, the said MORTGAGEE does hereby release and
quitclaim unto the said MORTGAGORS, their successors and asmgns, the premises thereby
conveyed and mortgaged.
