KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A
Wyoming Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the
date of April 30, 2002, made and executed by Thomas W. Ladanye and Violet A.
Ladanye, husband and wife, as mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee,
a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the
payment of $55,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and
Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 9th day of May,
2002, in Book #489 PR of Mortgages, at Page 193 as document number 880898 and
pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt
released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said
release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors the premises
mortgaged.
