KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of April 27,
2001, made and executed by Russell L. Imeson and Dawn O. Imeson, husband and wife a s
mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real
estate therein described as security for the payment of $39,560.10 which mortgage was recorded in
the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State o
Wyoming, on the day of May, 2001, in Book #463 PR of Mortgages, at Page 806 as document
number 873098 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.

of Star Valley that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and

of Directors, and said President acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said
corporation.
