KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley; A ~1NVyomink
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of February 26,
2002, made and executed by The Albert Anthony Nardacci Living Family Trust, Dated July 16,
1997, as mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on
certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $40,000.00, which mortgage was
recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming, on the 4th day of March, 2002, in book 484 PR of Mortgages, at Page 523 as
document #879467 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."

The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mort gage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this de)1,4 day of
