Haderlie, husband and wife, grantors, of PO Box 373, Aflon, WY 83110, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable, considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant and release unto Gale L. Haderlie and Shirley R. Haderlie, Trustees of the Gale L. and Shirley R. Haderlie Family Trust dated December 28, 1999, grantees, of PO Box 1218, Aflon, ~ 83110, and-.their heirs, successors and assigns, a perpetual easement and right-of-way for the installation, construction and continued mainteAance of all utilities including without limitation water pipeline, sewer pipeline, electric power, cable televis[o/ and telephone, and related facilities over, under, through, across and along a fifteen-foot (15') wide strip of land for the purpose of providing all utilities to lands owned by the grantees located in the Nl/2SW1/4 of Section 31, T32N, R118W 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and in the NE1/4SE1M of Section 36, T32N, R119W 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more padicularly described as the Haderlie First Addition 'to the Town of Aflon, Wyoming, including all lots located within said Addition, to enter upon the lands of the% grantors, said 15-foot wide strip of land being more pa~icularly described as follows: The West 15 feet of that paa of the NWl/4SWlM of Section 31, T32N, R118W, and that paa of the NE1/4SEI/4 of Section 36, T32N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being pad of those tracts of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 105 PR, page 533, in Book 264 PR, page 451, in Book 330 PR, page 531, and in Book 331 PR, page 88, as more paAicularly described on the attached "Description for Alan R. Haderlie from Ronald G. Haderlie Tract C". Together with ail rights of ingress and egress necessary or convenient for all rights and privileges incident to sai'd easement for utilities. Grantors, for the consideration aforesaid, hereby agree not to construct or maintain any building or structure of a permanent nature upon the described easement. The grantors hereby waive and release all rights to said property under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state to the extent that such rights may interfere with the intent of this easement for utilities. 363 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands as of the 24th day of October, 2001.
