WONDERCHECK, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, grantees, whose address is 1335 Moose Court, Kemmerer, WY 83101 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: Lot 10 of Block 4 of the Lincoln Heights Subdivision to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
