Scherbel of Afton, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, who being duly sworn on oath, according to law, does hereby make the following statement of facts and a fI~rlIE 1. That he is a Professional Land Surveyor under the laws of the State of Wyoming with registration No. 5368. 2. That he prepared the description for Robert J. Allred Access Easement, dated 3 November 1999. 3. That said description contains a typographical error in paragraph 2 as follows: "BEGINNING at a spike on the southeasterly edge of the cul-de-sac at the south end of E.L. Clark Lane County Road No. 12-150, N84°-27'-22"E, 17.23 feet from the no__Jrthwest comer of said Lot 7;" 4. That the word, "northwest", should read, ',southwest", in accordance with the revised description attached hereto and made a part thereof. 5. ALLRt;D ACCESS EASEMENT To-wit: - - A strip of land thirty (30) feet in width, being part of Lot 7 (SW¼SW¼) of Section 6 and Lot 1 (NW¼NW¼) of Section 7, T30N, Rll8W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with the centerline described as follows: BEGINNING at a spike on the southeasterly, edge of the cul-de-sac at the south end of E.L. Clark Lane County Road No. 12-150, N84°-27'-22"E, 17.23 feet from the southwest comer of said Lot 7; thence S35°-01 '-17"E, 46,6! feet to a spike; thence S55°~41'-36"E, 100.82 feet to a spike; thence S35°-15'-52"E, 121.01 feet to a spike; thence S o , ,, 55 -32 -45 E, 82.71 feet to a spike; thence S 18o-43' 42"E 182.18 feet to a spike; thence S74°-13'-16"E, 28.52 feet to a spike on the east line of that exception of record in said Office to Parcel 1 in Book 417 of Photostatic Records on page 240; with the side lines of the above described easement to be shortened or lengthened as necessary to create a continuous and contiguous easement with a minimum width of thirty (30) feet; the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of Lot 7 (SW¼SW¼) of Section 6, T30N, R118W, being NORTH; each "comer" found as described in the Comer Record filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln .County; each "spike" marked by a 3/8" X 12" steel spike referenced by two (2) 5/8" X 24" steel reinforcing rods with 2" aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate details; all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County titled, "ROBERT J.
