Haderlie and Shirley R. Haderlie and Haderlie Trust agree to sell to The Town of Afton a parcel of property 90 ft. wide and approximately 219 ft. long for the amount of $25,000. From this amount the Town would purchase the materials to extend sewer and water across the commercial property annexed to the Town. The balance of the money to be paid in cash. The price of this property is based on the condition that said property be used as an access road only. This to be written in the contract sales agreement. Haderlies request permission to use this as a temporary access to parcels of land to the South until the permanent road is constructed. Haderlies would provide the curb opening from the highway and a t temporary gravel base of'limited width. If the Town should determine they would like to construct the per- manent road, Haderlies would at this time provide the curb opening.to accommodate, that road. ~ ~-~ .~,~ ~.~ ~,m.,~,~,~[_:.~ Haderlies will pay the costs of the parcel division to include sur- veying, plat maps, legal costs (deed preparation, recording, etc.) When the North-South sewer utilities along the taxi-way were in- stalled, the Town agreed to provide two sewer and water hookups in exchange for a utilities easement. Only one has been used at this time. Haderlies requestthe other one be held until development of the p~operty served is completed. When the East-West sewer line was installed, plans for the. property to the South had not been determined. An easement was given to allow c~mpletion of a much-needed connection to the North-South line. In consideration for a favor given, Haderlies would like consideration for a favor returned. This would be that the Town provide hookups for the two parcels of property to the South of the land being purchased.
