thence running S 0005'45.' E, parallel with the East line of said SW¼NE¼,208.71 feet;
thence N 89058, W, parallel with first said North line, 208.71 feet;
thence N 0005'45.. W, parallel with first said East line, 208.71 feet to the North line of
said SW ¼ NE ¼;
thence S 89o58, E, along said North line, 208.71 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
