Vernon Lynn Jenkins aka Vernon L. Jenkins, a single man, of PO Box 1383, Affon,
WY 83110, grantor, for and in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and
other valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS and WARRANTS to Chad K. Jenkins, as his sole and separate prope~y, of
4226 County Road 125, Thayne, WY 83127, grantee, the following described real estate,
situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by vi~ue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
SWl/4NWl/4 and NWl/4SWl/4 of Section 3, T34N, RllgW of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, containing 80 acres of land, more or less,
with all minerals and mineral rights and all water and water rights belonging
thereto.
SUBJECT TO all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions,
reservations and rights of way of sight or record.
