TOGETHER WITH but subject to that certain Grant of Access recorded in Book 472 at Page 703, as Instrument No.
875928, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Records Office.
RESERVING UNTO the Grantor, all appropriated surface water rights appertaining thereto.
SUBJECT TO the 2002 and subsequent years general taxes and assessments, all existing patent reservations, easements,
right of ways, protective and restrictive covenants, zoning ordinances and applicable building codes, laws and regulations.
TOGETHER IV1TH any and all improvements, water and ditch rights, easements, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
