KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That .IVAN EUGENE MUSTAIN,
GRANTOR, as Joint Tenant with Right of Su~ivorship, of the CounW of Maricopa County, Arizona,,
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised, released and
forever quitclaimed unto himself, the said IVAN EUGENE MUSTAIN, an Individual (as a Tenant
Common), and unto his heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, propeay, possession,
claim and demand as he may have or ought to have in or to all of the following described property, to-

HEREBY releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
MOREOVER, it is the express intent and desire that by this Quit Claim Deed, Grantor forever severs
and terminates his Joint Tenancy with Right of Survivorship, such that all of his right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand herein is hereinafter owned by Grantor an a Tenant in Common
with lhll rights to pass his entire ownership interest to his named beneficiaries and/or heirs and assigns.

For valuable consideration, Grantor conveys to Grantee all right, title and interest of
Grantor in Subject Real Property and binds Grantor and Grantor's successors to warrant and
defend the title as against all acts of the Grantor herein and no other, subject to the matters
above set forth.
