to its Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, which states, failure to pay
the Assessments result in a lien in favor of the Star Valley Ranch Association. With
respect to the subject property, a certain Notice of Assessment Lien
recorded APRIL 18 , 1983 Book 20O PR, Page 62 was in the office of
the CouhCy Clerk and ~x-officio Registe-~ofDeeds in"i_,incoln County, Wyoming and the
said lien is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged 'with regard to the property

below, and in consideration thereof, the Star Valley Ranch Association does hereby
