Perry L. Robinson, of 348 West 465 North, Rexburg, ID 83340,
deposes and says:
upon his oath
1. That he makes this affidavit as his recorded statement, duly verified, pursuant
to the provisions of W.S. 34-2-123 and in connection with the following described real
property located in LinColn County, Wyoming:
Real property described on Exhibit A attached and incorporated herein by this
reference.
2. That the name of the grantee in that Quit Claim Deed dated May 21, 1'996,
-and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on October 11, 2002, in Book 501
PR, page 540, conveying the above-described real property is hereby stated to ~be as
follows: Leda Robinson, Trustee of the LeRoy Robinson Family Trust dated March 2,
1995.
3. That his name and address are Perry L. Robinson, 348 West 465 North,
Rexburg, ID 83340.
4. That he is'the son of LeRoy Robinson and Leda Robinson and a beneficiary
of the trust referred to, that LeRoy Robinson became deceased on March 2, 1995, and
Leda Robinson became deceased on June 22, 2002, that upon the death of Leda
Robinson he became the successor trustee of the LeRoy Robinson Family Trust dated
March 2, 1995.
5. That as of June 22, 2002, the date of'death of Leda RobinSon, Perry L.
Robinson became the sole Trustee of the LeRoy Robinson Family Trust dated March 2,
1995, including its ownership of the real property described in above, and that he is
currently lawfully serving in that capacity.
6. That he hereby verifies that the information contained in this affidavit is true
and correct according to his information and belief.
