WARRANTY DEED
That Farm Credit Services of America, FLCA, successor in interest by merger and name change to the Federal Land
Bank Association of Kemmerer, and being located at 5051 S. Street, Omaha, Nebraska, 68137 and being a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, GRANTOR, in consideration of ONE HUNDRED
THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS and NO Cents ($130,000.00) and other good and valuable consideration, hereby
conveys to GRANTEE, Tamey S. PeternaI-Martlnez, the following described real estate in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEE, that GRANTOR:
1. is lawfully seized of said real estate and that it is free from encumbrances, except for easements, rights of way,
restrictions and reservations'of record; '
2. Has the legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
3. Warrants and will defend title to said real estate against the lawful claims of all persons, except as provided
above; and
4. That this conveyance does not constitute substantially all of the assets of tl~'e corporation.,
The words and phrases used herein, including the acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as singular or plural, and
masculine, feminine or neuter gender, according to the context.
