CLARK, Husband and Wife, grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) ~ and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged CONVEY AND WARRANT TO E. GREGORY HIGLEY, TRUSTEE UNDER A REVOCABLE DECLARATION OF TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 12, 1992 grantees, whose address is 1331 North 350 East, Kaysville, UT 84037 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: Tract No. 37 (W~A) of Section 4, T26N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. LESS AND EXCEPT the land Contained in instrument recorded June 16, 1976 in Book 127PR on page 302 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in instrument recorded November 20, 2000 in Book 456PR on page 27 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. The following restriction will apply: The property cannot be subdivided for the next 30 years. TOGETHER WITH all water and mineral rights Grantors may have. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
