BARNEY, Grantor, as Trustee in tti'~ Bankruptcy Estate of TRINA LARA and DUSTIN LARA, Case No. 02-20249, Distrie!i' of Wyoming. WHEREAS, I, as Trustee o(' said Estate having caused said property to be offered for sale and the Grantees hei'ein having offered a reasonable amount for said property, and no higher offer havinl~ been received, WITNESSETH: That by virtue of the power !md authority given me. by my office and the laws of the United States, and in considerat!on of the sum often Dollars ($10.00) and other good and sufficient consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, convey and release unto said, BRET W. MERICA and DEBBIE MERICA, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties with the right of survivorship and not as tenants in common,., Grantees, any and all interest that the estate may have in the following described real property, to-wit: A portion of the property referred to in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 369PR on page 213 and in Warranty Deeds recorded in Book 369PR on pages 288 and 292 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, with the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 11,.T34N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the BLM type monument marking the Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 1994 location for the Southwest comer of said NE1/4NE1/4; thence N 0 degrees 31.'48" E, (N 00 degrees 37.5" W record), along the West line of said NE1/4NE1/4, 330.45 feet; thence S 88 degrees 50'06" E. 659.1.6 feet; thence N 0 degrees 31'48" E, (N 00 degrees 37.5' W record) 112.40 feet; thence S 88 degrees 50'06" E, 492.97 feet (N 89 degrees 59.8' W, 490.78 feet record); thence S 0 Degrees 49'28" W, (N 00 degrees 20' W record), 442.83 feet to a point in the South line of said NE1/4NE1/4; thence N 88 degrees 50'06" W, 1149.86 feet (N 89 degrees 59.8' W, 1149.81 feet, record) to the point of beginning. Together with all buildings and improvements located thereon or appurtenant thereto, and all rights, privileges, hereditaments and tenements thereunto appertaining or belonging.
