We, DEE W. CALL and DIANE F. CALL, husband and wife, being first duly sworn
upon our oath, depose and state as follows:
1. 'That we are residents of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
2. That we are the owners of an undivided one-half interest in the following
desc.ribed land:
Beginning at a point South 89° 55'West, 3019 feet, more or less, from the Southeast
Comer of Section 30, T37N, R118W, 6~ P.M., Wyoming (said beginning point being the point
where the West right-of-way boundary of old U.S. 89 Highway intersects the South boundary
line of said Section 30), and running thence South 89° 55'West along the South boundary line of
said Section 903 feet, more or less, to the Southwest Comer of the E1/2SWl/4 of said Section;
thence North 21° 0' East, 762.2 feet; thence North 10° 22'East, 483.4 feet; thence North 5°
l l'West 698 feet; thence North 90° 0'East, 99.1 feet to the West boundary line of said old
89 Highway, thence in a Southeasterly direction along the West right-of-way boundary of said
old U.S. 89 Highway 1960 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, said tract of land
containing 17.1 acres, more or less, and including all water rights and improvements pertaining
thereto.
3, That we have owned an undivided 0ne-half interest in the above-described parcel
of property since June 19, 1972.
4. That the attached deed, to our knowledge, is a true and accurate copy of the
original deed, recorded in Book 100 PR PAGE 184, in Lincoln County, Wyoming,
memorializing out acquisition of said one-half interest.
5. That since 1972, we have not sold or transferred said undivided one-half interest
to any{ person or entity.
