("Grantor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, ,:1o
hereby grant, convey and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of Afk,n
and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assigns, ("Grantees"); a perpetual easement arid
right of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of
the electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be eonslrueted and maintain
under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING alo~..~
a line described as tbllows, to wit: '
BEING a part of the Trail Creek Subdivision, Lot 2~, Section 15, T36N, Rll9W, L:incoln
County, Wyoming, more accurately described as follows: ' ·
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said Lot 25;
Thence N 88° W, 240 feet to a transformer location;
Thence N 6° W, 95 feet to a meter location.
Easement to inclUde 10 feet on each side of described line.
Together with all necessary and reasonable rights of' ingress and egress and to excavate and ref l1
ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove tree ~,
shrubbery, undergrowth or other Obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of tl'e
facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally
occurring in the distribution ofeleetricity,'and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testit~ g
and information is available upon request firom the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all Mr,: s
and other facilities, installed on the above described lands atthe Grantee's expense shall remain the
property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and. waive ~. !.
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
