STATE OF: Michigan COUNTY OF: Oakland 885906 Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Diane V. Gulledge (Name of officer) who, upon being duly sworn deposes and says as follows: That he/she is_Associate Vice President (Title of officer) of White Mountains Services L.L.C.. The custodian of the document which is the subject of this affidavit and the holder of that certain Note and Mortgage dated February 26, 1998 from James B. Wickel and Barbara D. Wickel, husband and wife To Aim Mortgage, Inc. In the original principal amount of $85,833.00- (hereinafter the "Mortgage" and the "Note". That the Mortgage is recorded in Book 408, Page 481, Instrument Number 848813, Lincoln County (optional). There is one or more assignments aforesaid records, transferring the Mortgage and Note to Source One Mortgage Services Corporation rdlda White Mountains Services L.L.C.; 3.. That the Mortgage and Note were purchased by Source One Mortgage Services Corporation on or about February 26, 1998 but the assignment from Aim Mortgage, Inc. to Source One Mortgage Services Corporation cannot be located for recording; 4. That Aim Mortgage, Inc. was administratively revoked on June 8, 2000; 5. That after diligent search, the former officers of Aim Mortgage, Inc. could not be located to obtain replacement assignment for recording. That at all times on and after February 26, 1998, Source One Mortgage Services Corporation n/k/a White Mountains Services L.L.C. has been the holder of the Security Deed and Note with full authority to exercise the rights of a lender thereunder; 8. This Affidavit is given with the knowledge that it will be relied upon by purchasers, sellers, lender, Attorneys, and title insurance companies.
