JACOB S. KELLERSBERGER and NORA M. KELLERSBERGER, as grantors of
Atton, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for and.in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, ..in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT to Craig M. Kellersberger and Kent M. Kellersberger, Trustees, or
their successors in trust, under JACOB S. KELLERSBERGER AND NORA M.
KELLERSBERGER JOINT LIVING TRUST, dated March 1, 1991, Craig M. Kellersberger and
Kent M. Kellersberger, trustees, the following described real estate situate 'in County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all fights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of State, to-wit:

Commencing at a point which is one hundred (100) feet South from the Northwest Comer of
Block Ten (10) of the Alton Townsite Survey and running thence East, eleven (11) rods fourteen
and one-half (14.5) feet, thence South six (6) rods twelve (12) feet, thence West eleven (11) rods
fourteen and one-half(14.5) feet; thence North six (6) rOds twelve (12) feet to the point of
beginning; together with all improvements, water rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging.

Beginning at a point four (4) rods West from the Northeast Comer of Lot One (1) in Block Ten
(10) of Alton Townsite, and running thence South eight and one-half(8.5) rods; thence East four
(4) rods; thence South eleven and one-half (11.5) rods; thence West twenty (20) rods; thence
North twenty (20) rods; thence East sixteen(16) rods,' to the place of beginning, together with all
improvements, water rights and other appurtenances thereto.
Together with all water rights appurtenant thereto.
Also known by street and number as: 235 JefFerson Street, Afl[on, Wyoming
TO HAVE A~ID TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and
privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, fight, title,
interest and claim whatsoever, of the Grantor(s), either in law or equity, to the only proper use,
benefit and behoof of the grantee(s), their heirs and assigns forever.
