Bushman • Simple Subdivision Plat Application, to subdivide 6.14 +/- acres into 2 residential lots, with an average lot size of 3.07 +/-, in the Rural Zone. • Location: T34N; R118W; S28, 3.0 +/- miles southeast of the Town of Thayne B. 408 SS 22 Spring Creek Hills Dallas and Laura Tolman Living Trust • A Simple Subdivision Plat Application to subdivide 8.18 +/- acres into 1 residential lot with an average lot size of 8.18 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. • Location: T31N; R119W; S15, 3 +/- miles southwest of the Town of Afton C. 202 MS 18 Alpine Lakes Fourth Filing Palisades Investments, LLC • A Minor Final Subdivision Plat Application to subdivide 4.01 +/- acres into 4 residential lots with an average lot size of 1.0 +/- acres in the Mixed Zone. • Location: T37N; R118W; S18 & S19, 0.1 +/- miles northwest of the Town of Alpine D. 701 PZ 22 Oxbow Ranches Phase III Hans Peterson dba ESGN, LLC • A Major Subdivision Final Plat application proposal to subdivide 19.47+/- acres into 4 residential lots with an average lot size of 4.87 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. • Location: T31N; R119W; N1/2 SE1/4 of Section 10, 2.31 +/- miles southwest of Town of Afton III. OTHER PLANNING MATTERS E. 803 AP 12 Gomm Family Association Subdivision Second Amended Gomm Family Association • An Amended Plat application for an amendment to the design of the turnaround on the subdivision road, Gomm’s Pond Lane. The lot sizes and dimensions have not been affected by the proposed amendment. Amended Plat is located within the Rural Zone. • Location: T30N; R118W; S17, 8+/- miles south of the Town of Afton F. 806 AP 22 Hesson Commercial Park Third Amended Vince Kramer • An Amended Plat application to amend the Land Use Table for lots 3, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the Hesson Commercial Park Third Amended. The applicants would like to amend the subdivision to include residential uses. The Land Use Table would still include commercial along with residential. This Amended Plat is located within the Mixed Zone. • Location: T34N; R118W; S18, 0.8+/- miles north of the Town of Thayne G. 807 AP 22 Southbrook Ranches Second Filing Terri Orcutt • An Amended Plat application for an amendment to combine Lots 5 and 6 of the Southbrook Ranches Second Filing into one lot. Lots 5 and 6 will be vacated and a new lot number will be assigned. The project site is accessed off of Spring Creek Drive. This Amended Plat is located within the Rural Zone. • Location: T34N; R119W; S10, 1.0+/- miles northwest of the Town of Thayne IV.
