• A Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat application proposal to subdivide 20.50 +/- acres
into four (4) residential lots, with an average lot size of 5.12 +/- acres, in the Rural Zone. The lots will share a private subdivision road off County Road No. 113. Each lot will have individual wells and individual septic systems.

III. OTHER PLANNING MATTERS H. 809 AP 22 Bluebird Subdivision Lot 1 Plat Amendment Shawn McNinch
• An amendment to adjust the boundary between Lot 1 of the Bluebird Subdivision and the
lot directly to the east owned by Shawn McNinch. Lot 1 will be increased to 6.103 +/- acres and the other lot will be decreased to 4.640 +/- acres. This Amended Plat is located within the Rural Zone.
• Location: T34N; R118W; S8, 1.0 +/- miles south of Star Valley Ranch I. 810 AP 22 The Landings Charles and Mariann Wallasch
• An amendment to adjust the boundary between lots 153, 154 and 155 of Alpine Village No. 1 Plat 2 Amended 30th Filing. The proposed amendment will add the property within the road named Landings Way to the existing lot 153. Lot 153 will be increased to 1.71
+/- acres, Lot 154 will be decreased to 1.13 +/- acres and Lot 155 will be decreased to 3.17 +/- acres. Lots 153,154 and 155 will be vacated and new lot numbers will be assigned. Amended Plat is located within the Mixed Zone.
• Location: T37N; R118W; S19, 1000 +/- feet west of Alpine
J. 811 AP 22 The Spruce Third Filing Neil Frischknecht
• An amendment to adjust the boundary between Lots 5 and 7 of The Spruce Phase II. Lot 5 will be increased to 3.86 +/- acres and Lot 7 will be decreased to 10.52+/- acres. Lots 5
and 7 will be vacated and new lot numbers will be assigned. The project site is accessed off of Smoot-Afton Co. Rd. 148. Amended Plat is located within the Rural Zone.
