The Lease covers lands that include, but are not limited to, those lands located in the county and state named above and described in same attached Exhibit "A". Assignor desires to assign to Assignee, named above, all of Assignor's right, title and interest in the Override reserved in the assignment of the Lease. If the percentage of Override stated in Exhibit "A" reflects a percentage proportionately reduced for any reason, let it be known that it is the intent of the Assignor to conVey her entire ownership of the Override in the Lease. If the Override stated in Exhibit "A" is not specifically attributable to the Lease but is derived from some other oil and gas lease, let it be known that it is the intent of the Assignor to convey her entire Override from that other lease on the lands described in Exhibit "A". For adequate consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are acknowledged by Assignor, Assignor assigns, transfers, and conveys to Assignee the Override. This Assignment shall be' subject to the terms and provisions of the Lease or any other lease from which the Override derives its origin. This Assignment is delivered without warranty, express or implied, and the terms and provisions of this Assignment and the Prior Assignment shall be binding'on and inure to the benefit of Assignee and its respective,, legal representatives, successors, and assigns. This Assignment is execUted by Assignor as of the date of Assignor's signature below, but is effective, for all purposes, as of the Effective Date stated above.
