James E. McNeer and Pa~icia E. McNeer, husband and wife, GRANTORS,
of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable comideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Earl H.
Peavler, Jr. and LuAnn C. Pearler, as Trustees of the Earl H. Peavler, Jr. and
LuAnn C. Pearler Family Trust, dated the 7t~ day of May, 1997, a 48.41%
undivided interest, as tenants in common, GRANT~.Rc~, whose address is P.O.
Box 395, Affon, Wyoming 83110, in and to the following described real estate,
situated in the County of Teto~ State of Wyoming hereby waiving and releasing
all rights under and by viz-tue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 3, Riverview Ranchettes Subdivision, according to that plat
flied in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
Together with and including all oil, gas, and other mineral rights
owned by Grantors, it any, and all improvements and ali other
appurtenances and heredit.~ments thereunto belonging. Subject to
taxes and all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements,
reservatiom, rights and rights-of-way of sight and/or record.
