To-wit:
That part of the S ~ SW ¼ of Section 12, T33N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it
being the intent to more correctly describe part of that tract of record in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 358 of Photostatic Records on page 426, as folloWs:
BEGINNING at a point on the west line of said S ¼ SW ¼, N00°12'00"E, 629.51 feet
from the southwest corner of said Section 12;
Thence N00°12'00"E, 264.57 feet, along said west line, to a point;
Thence N86°47'30"E, 1184.92 feet to a spike on a non-tangent circular curve to the left
on the centerline of U.S. Highway 89, which has its radius point bearing N61°20'45"E;
Thence 302.83 feet, along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 07°34'15'',
with a radius of 2291.80 feet and a chord bearing S32°26'23"E, 302.61 feet, to a spike;
Thence S86°47'26"W, 1348.42 feet, to the point of BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 7.66 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the SW1/4 of Section 12, T33N,
R119W, being N00°12'00"E;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" X 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate
details;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County;
each "spike" marked by a 3/8" X 12" steel spike referenced by a 5/8" X 24" steel
reinforcing rod with 2" aluminum cap inscribed "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON
WY PLS 5368", with appropriate details or a 5/8" steel reinforcing rod with I ¼"
aluminum cap set by Ivan L. Call RLS 274;
