which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEy AND WARRANT to Jack L. Stone, as

day of October, 2002, a one-half (1/2) undivided interesb and to JoA~ Stone, as
Trustee or her successors in trusb of the JoAnn Stone Family Trust dated the 31~t
day of October, 2002, a one-half (1/2) undivided interesb as tenants in common,
GRANTEES, whose address is P.O. Box 1909, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, the
follgwing described real estate, si~ated in the CounW of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by vir~e of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 16, Rees Subdivision, Plat of the N1/2 SE1/4, Section 20, T37N,
Rll8W, Alpine, Wyoming, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as platted and
filed in the Office of the County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Together with and including all oil, gas, and other mineral rights
owned by Grantor, if any, and all improvements and all other
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to
taxes and all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements,
reservations, rights and rights-of-way of sight and/or record.
