KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Robert D. Johnson and
Suzanne Johnson, Trustees of the Johnson Family Trust, dated November
'17, '1999, and Shirley Dean Cummings and Mary Lynn Haungs, in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged,
have remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents do for
their heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim
unto the The State of Wyoming, Wyoming Game and Fish Commission, whose
address is 5400 Bishop Boulevard, Cheyenne, WY 82006, all such right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as the they may have or ought
to have, in and to the following described premises to-wit:

Parking Area in the SW1/4 of Section 12, T33N, Ri I9W Lincoln County,
Wyoming
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
To have and to hold the said premises unto the said grantee to their own
proper use and behoof forever. So that neither the grantors nor any other person
in their name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to
the premises or any part thereof, but they and every one of them shall by these
presents by excluded and forever barred.

DESCRIPTION FOR
WYOMING GAME AND FISH COMMISSION
HALE PARKING AREA IN THE SW¼ OF SECTION 12,
T33N, R119W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING
To-wit: - -
That part of the SW¼ of Section 12, T33N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being
the intent to more correctly describe that tract of record in said Office in Book 60 of
Photostatic Records on page 250, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the south line of said SW¼, as established by Paul N.
Scherbel, Professional Lands Surveyor No. 164, S89°-50'.52"E, 1441.91 feet, from the
southwest comer thereof;
thence N50°-48'-42"W, 10.05 feet, to a point;
thence N79°-01'-55"E, 307.97 feet, to a point set atop a steel reinforcing rod With
aluminum cap set by Ivan L. Call, Professional Land Surveyor No. 274, on the westerly
right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 89;
thence S36°-48'-18"E, 82.25 feet, along said westerly right-of-way line, to a point on the
south line of said SW¼;
thence N89°-50'-52"W, 72.35 feet, along said south line, to a point;
thence continuing, N89°-50'.52"W, 271.48 feet, along said south line, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.29 acre, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the SW¼ of Section 12, T33N,
R119W, being N00°-12'-00"E;
each "comer" found as described in the Comer Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 2" galvanized steel pipe, 28" long (BLM type) with a brass cap
inscribed, "MARLOWE A. SCHERBEL PLS 5368 AFTON, WYOMING" or "pAUL N.
SCHERBEL RLS 164 BIG PINEY WYOMING", with appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "LEONARD SULLIVAN THE HALE FAMILY TRUST, DATED 09
AUGUST 1993 SHIRLEY DEAN CUMMINGS, ET AL. PLAT OF BOUNDARY
