Scherbel, Professional Lands Surveyor No. 164, S89°-50'-52"E, 1441.91 feet, from the southwest comer thereof; thence N50°-48'-42"W, 10.05 feet, to a point; thence N79°-01'-55"E, 307.97 feet, to a point set atop a steel reinforcing rod with aluminum cap set by Ivan L.
