II. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. 208 MS 22 Etna Village Estates Subdivision Phase II
TGH Industries, LLC
• Proposal to subdivide 2.74 +/- acres into 5 Residential lots in the Mixed Zone.
• Location: Located 2.7 miles northwest of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming, T35N R119W Section 10 B. 425 SS 22 Bridger Basin, A Subdivision James Bower, Manager of the Bridger Basin Revocable Trust
• A Simple Subdivision Application to subdivide 9.49 +/- acres into 2 lots with one 4.62 +/- acres and the other 4.87 +/- acres with an average lot size of 4.75 +/- acres in the Rural Zone.
• Location: 4.5 miles southeast of the Town of Alpine, Wyoming, T36N; R119W; Section 24 C. 426 SS 22 Alpine Valley View Mee Hee Yang & Yadab Sitaula, Managers of The New Beginnings Trust
• A Simple Subdivision Application to subdivide 18.77 +/- acres into 2 lots with one 5.0 +/- acres and the other 13.77 +/- acres with an average lot size of 9.39 +/- acres in the Rural Zone.
• Location: 3.5 miles south of the Town of Alpine, Wyoming, T36N; R119W; Section 15
III. OTHER PLANNING MATTERS D. 204 MS 20 Final Plat – Oz Second Filing Jason and Tracy Wolfley
• A Minor Subdivision Final Plat Application to further divide Oz Subdivision Lot 2 by subdividing 14.35 +/- acres into 4 lots with an average lot size of 3.6 +/- acres in the Rural Zone and Mixed Zone.
• Location: 1.0 +/- miles north of the Town of Thayne, Wyoming, T34N; R118W; Section 7 E. 814 AP 22 Hesson Commercial Park Fourth Amended J & J Specialized, LLC
• An Amended Plat application for an amendment to the Land Use Table for Lot 15 of the Hesson Commercial Park. The applicants would like to amend the subdivision to include residential uses. The Land Use Table would still include commercial uses along with residential uses. The project site is within the Mixed Zone.
• Location: T34N; R118W; Section 18, 0.8 +/- miles north of the Town of Thayne,
Wyoming F. 815 AP 22 River Bend Meadows 5th Filing
Doug Richards, Douglas P. Richards Limited Family Partnership
• An Amended Plat application for an amendment to adjust the boundary line between Lots
4 and 5 of the River Bend Meadows Subdivision. This adjustment will allow more of a buffer to the existing house on Lot 4. It will also allow the water well for the existing house to be on Lot 4 with the house instead of on Lot 5. The project site is within the Mixed Zone.
