PUBLIC HEARINGS A. 101 MA 23 Northwinds Subdivision – Preliminary Plat CR Group, LLC • A Major Subdivision Application to subdivide 35.00 +/- acres into7 residential lots with an average lot size of 5.00 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. • Location: 0.28 miles south west of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming, T34N; R118W; Section 6 & 7 B. 431 SS 22 Quaky Hollow Paul and Lisa Terry • A Simple Subdivision Application to subdivide 5.83 +/- acres into 2 lots with one 1.83 +/- acres and the other 4.00 +/- acres with an average lot size of 2.92 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. • Location: 3.5 miles southwest of the Town of Afton, Wyoming, T31N; R119W; Section 15 C. 432 SS 22 Wild Rose Estates Clay Salzman and Ingeborg Vriend • A Simple Subdivision Application to subdivide 32 +/- acres into 2 lots with one 14 +/- acres and the other 18 +/- acres with an average lot size of 16 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. • Location: 2.5 miles south of the Town of Afton, Wyoming, T31N; R118W; Section 19 D. 102 VA 23 Painted Hills Subdivision Variance Jorgensen Associates, Inc. • A Variance Request application of 150 feet for the Minimum Curve Radius within the proposed Painted Hills Subdivision from the 250-foot foot requirement of CH 6.18 Subdivision Road Design Specifications Road Type Table. The applicant is proposing 100-foot radius curved roads. • Location: Approximately 3 miles west of the Town of Afton, Wyoming, T32N; R119W; Section 20 & 21 E. 103 AP 23 Partial Vacation of Moose Hollow Second Filing Michael P. Smaldon et.al. • To amend the Moose Hollow Subdivision plat to vacate part of a 60 foot road easement across Lot 1 of the Moose Hollow Subdivision and across Lot 3 of the Moose Hollow Second Filing. • Location: Approximately ¼ mile north of the City of Kemmerer, Wyoming, T21N; R116W; Section 12 III. The lots will share a private subdivision road off County Road No. 169. • Location: 2.8 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in Section 10, T35N, R119W G. 209 MS 22 Valley Springs II Subdivision – Final Plat Aspen Valley Springs, LLC • A Minor Subdivision Final Plat application proposal to subdivide 15.07 +/- acres into three (3) residential lots with an average lot size will be 5.02 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. • Location: 0.7 miles north of the Town of Thayne, Wyoming in Section 11, T34N, R119W H. 817 AP 22 Auburn Townsite Block 5 Second Filing Brad and Christine Draney, Cooper Bringhurst • An Amended Plat application for an amendment to combine the vacated portion of Third West Street with the existing Lots 1 and 4 of Block 5 of the Auburn Townsite. Lots 1 and 4 will be vacated and new lot numbers will be assigned. The project site is within the Mixed Zone. • Location: 4.5 miles northwest of Afton, Wyoming, T33N, R119W, Section 35 I. 818 AP 22 Auburn Townsite Block 6 Third Addition Alan and Audra Thornton • An Amended Plat application for an amendment to combine the vacated portion of Third West Street with the existing Lots owned by the Thorntons in Block 6 of the Auburn Townsite. The existing lot numbers will be vacated and new lot numbers will be assigned. The project site is within the Mixed Zone. • Location: 4.5 miles northwest of Afton, Wyoming, T33N, R119W, Section 35 J. Proposed Clarification of the Grades by Road Type Office of Planning and Development • Clarification of the Grades by Road Type as stated within the Lincoln County Land Use Regulations Chapter 6.18.
