Discussion
The proposed road easement is not currently being utilized by the public and is not anticipated to be used
for a road easement in the future. The easement vacation is not likely to negatively affect other property
owners and agencies. Initially, the applicant wanted the easement to connect a future driveway from the existing driveway that currently splits to the north. Since access to Lot 1 already exists, there is not a need for the easement. With the vacation of the easement, Lot 3 will increase its buildable space.
