KNOWN by all these presents that we, Danny P. Salo and Karen Salo, have
made, constituted and appointed and by these presents do make and constitute
and appoint Kimberly R. Glasscock, our true and la~ul a~orney for us and in
our name, place and stead for our use and benefit as follows:
To execute all documents necessary for the sale of, including, but
not limited to, Affidavits, Warranty Deeds, Settlement Statements,
W-9's, Contracts. and Agreements, and any necessary Lender

Giving and granting unto said attorney full power and attorney to do and perform
all and every act whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
above stated premises, as fully to all intent and purposes as the signers might
and could do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming that said
attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in the above stated premises by
virtue of these presents.
