following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State to-wit:
Lot 4B of Block One (1) of the Lincoln Heights 5th Addition, First Filing, to the. City of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof, together
with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereto
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements
and rights-of-way of record, of sight or in use.
