Davis PROPERTY PIN #: 3418-172-00-038 & 3418-171-00-002 ZONING: Rural TOTAL ACRES: 128.43 # OF LOTS: 25 AVERAGE LOT SIZE: 5.13 acres PROPOSAL: To subdivide approximately 128.43 acres into 25 residential lots in the Rural zone at a potential density of .389 units/acre. Property is just 1.12 miles south of the municipal boundary of the Town of Star Valley Ranch and 1.06 miles northeast of the Town of Thayne. The roads for this subdivision have been constructed without a permit. According to LUR 6.28 (D) Enforcement, whoever violates any provision of a permit, or does not obtain a permit, shall be fined not more than seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. Each day's continuation of such violation constitutes a separate offense.
