COMES NOW, Paul N. Scherbel of Big Piney, County of Sublette, State of Wyoming, who
being duly sworn, on oarth, according to law, does hereby make the following statement of facts
and affirms:
1. That he is a Professional Land Surveyor registered under the laws of the State of Wyoming
With registration number 164.
2. That as County Suryeyor at that time he did the survey and prepared the plat for the
GROVER NARROWS COUNTY ROAD NO. 12-130 which was adopted into the County
Road system on 4 December 1985.
3. That he prepared the AFFIDAVIT recorded in Book 212 of Photostatic Records on page 665
on 12 April 1984 in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County containing a description of the
roadway.
4. That there is a discrepancy between the said Affidavit and the plat of record in said Office,
the plat being con:ect and the Affidavit incorrect as follows:
Line 24 - "thence N89°-53'E, 1170.02 feet to Station 38+70.84"
5. That that line should read as follows:
"thg¢ce N89°-53'W, 1170.02 feet to Station P.C. 38+70.84."
6. That this affidavit is filed for the purpose of giving public notice of the discrepancy noted and
its correct reading.
